Update: With regard to Mr. Bishop's invitation here for me to e.mail him directly to allow him to find out what went wrong, I followed it up almost a month ago, and received no reply to that either. There would appear to be more concern here with damage limitation of adverse reviews on sites like this than customer service. Enquirers and potential customers of this firm are warned.
